Drone.

Conditions.

Due to the nature of drone flight being governed by the weather, NOTAMS and temporary flight restrictions, sometimes flights have to be rescheduled. We monitor all these variables ahead of your project and on the day to ensure safe flying conditions.

Wind.

The Drone Media Co.s UAV aircraft can operate safely in up to 25mph winds.

Rain.

The UAV is able to fly in light rain, however, the lens collects water extremely quickly; so the imagery captured isn’t fit for purpose.

Liveview.

We have a live HD video stream down to the ground so you can see exactly what we are filming and can navigate us to zone in on specific areas.

Cities.

The Drone Media Co. can fly in big Cities, including London. Some areas have restrictions and an application process for drone operations has to be sought and we work with the local councils to ensure additional safety measures are adhered to. The application process often requires up to 6-8 weeks lead time, so planning is essential and we will work with you to find the best solution.

Location.

As well as flying outside, our drones are also capable of flying inside, particularly enjoying warehouse projects and will adhere to the appropriate Health and Safety At Work regulations.

Duration.

The Drone Media Co. UAV’s batteries last 30 minutes before they need to be changed. We come equipped with lots of batteries and portable charging so we can continuously fly.
